My daughter, Kimberley McPhatter Redfearn, first began snowboarding while attending Central Kitsap High School in Western Washington, through their seasonal Saturday ski program. She was hooked the very first time she participated and became an avid snowboarder throughout her lifetime. Kim shared her love of winter sports with children and adults alike and as part of her legacy, I have provided a link to the Kitsap Ski School, a Foundation founded in 1969, which makes it possible for kids who otherwise might not have the opportunity to participate to do so. Just click on the link below for detailed information about the Foundation and to make a donation in Kimberley's name if you choose to.
